What types of fabrics do you offer ?
  • We offer a wide range of fabrics including cotton, silk, linen as well as certified eco-fabrics.
Why are online prices different from in-store?
  • The prices in our online store may be slightly higher due to added costs for website management and secure payment processing. However, we offer the convenience of shopping from home and free delivery within Denpasar.
How can I place an order ? 
  • To place an order, browse our collection and add your desired fabrics to the cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can review your order and make payment. 
What payment methods do you accepts ?
  • As of now, we only accept credit/debit cards payments.

Do you offer international shipping ?
  • Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

What are the shipping fees?
  • We offer free delivery if you live in Denpasar - Badung area in Bali. Note that we will need your signature as proof of delivery.
  • If you are located in other provinces in Indonesia, we will arrange shipment with J&T Express courier. For the shipping fares, please refer to https://www.jet.co.id
  • International orders will be shipped via FedEx. For the shipping fares, please refer to https://www.fedex.com
How long will it take to receive my order ?
  • Orders within Bali are typically delivered on the same day. Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days, while international orders may take  7-14 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. 

  • Orders will be processed from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday or public holidays.
  • Please allow 24 hours after your payment confirmation for us to process your order. Your order will be shipped the next day.
  • Your order will not be shipped if we can't confirm your payment or your payment was not in a full amount.
Can I track my order ?
  • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your order online. 

What is your return policy ?
  • Our store has a no-refund policy. However, should there be an issue with the fabric quality, or the order, please contact our customer service to initiate a return.

  • We only accepts returns within 30 days of purchase and only if the fabric is in its original condition. If the fabric has been washed, cut, or altered in any way, we will not accept the return, and no refund will be issued.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How can I get samples?
  • If you are outside of Bali, please contact us to discuss your fabric requirements. We are happy to send samples free of charge with shipping costs at customers expense.

Do you offer bulk purchases?
  • Yes, we offer bulk purchases. Please contact us directly for more details and to discuss your specific needs.

Do you have a physical store ?
  • We currently have two showrooms in Bali, located in Denpasar and Canggu. Visit our showrooms to see the fabrics in person

Are your fabrics eco-friendly ?
  • We strive to offer eco-friendly fabrics and support sustainable practices. Many of our fabrics are eco-certified and are produced using environmentally friendly methods.
